I’m getting ready for Pilates and Zumba in Millennium Park. I did it last week, and my abs were sore for at least three days. It’s a great way to experience the city and get pumped for your weekend early. I only wish they do it more than once a week. For a community activity, it is one of the greatest in the city because you’re not going to be overwhelmed by tourist crowds. Who wants to workout on a Saturday morning? Not many, but plenty enough for a good time.
Here’s the schedule for the summer:
7 am – Tai Chi
8 am – Yoga
9 am – Pilates
10 am – Zumba
